The Oh/tn Valley By 14/00z. The Northern Part Of The Pcpn Shield
Will Be Cold Enough For All Snow...but Southerly Low Level Flow
Will Be Increasing To More Than 50 Kts Which Is Forecast To Draw
Enough Warmth And Moisture Northward For A Belt Of Freezing Rain

Moderate Snow Will Be Possible At Times With Hourly Snowfall Rates Around 1 Inch. Additional Snowfall Amounts Of 2 To 4 Inches Are Expected With Storm Total Accumulations Around 5 Inches.
