I think $500.00 is a little steep and would weed out the casual wx enthusiast.
Maybe a modular approach would be better.
Pay for the base program, then pay for the add-on modules if you want/need.

Thanks for the info Dave.
I think a program of this scale would take about a year to build and test before releasing....

ocala Wrote:Bryan, regarding the create your own regions radar data. I currently use a program that does that. Nexrad3. If you do go forward with it make sure you can use multiple sites in those regions.
I'm all for a program like this. Getting requests on items to be included is a great way to get an idea of what to put into it.
If/when you do get the project going I would happy to be a beta tester.
Good luck.
Dave.

Hi,

I also will be interested to test such kind of software. I'm afraid that exists such tools already, but from different vendors, with different names.

If you need WRF for Windows, software for radiosonde data, or for meteorograms just drop me a mail:

Best Regards,

Any progress made on this, Bryan? I'm very interested. I need something that's windows based besides GEMPAK (LINUX based) and MetWise.

Brett,
I currently have a programmer working on this, but the progress is very slow. The tropical module is being worked now.
