Winter Weather Watches/Warnings GIS Data

Hello All!
I've been looking for a source (from NWS or elsewhere) that has Winter Storm Watches/Warnings/Advisories in shapefile format or at least a source that would provide the latitude/longitude coordinates for these watches/warnings. I've combed the NWS site, but haven't been able to find anything at all. I'm wanting to be able to make these overlays in my weather software.

Any help would be very much appreciated!!
