U.N. votes to punish Kim
Sanctions are to be imposed on North Korea following a uananimous vote in the United Nations Security Council to take punitive measures against Pyongyang for its purported nuclear test. Selling weapons and arms technology will be banned. Earlier U.S. envoy John Bolton said the targeting of luxury items enjoyed by the leadership could put North Korea's leader Kim Jong Il on "a little diet."

Good for them..
He should be punished. He is the one who is breaking the previous agreement..not the US. The agreement WAS that they would stop building nukes and the US would not invade them or use sanctions. N. Korea agreed..and then went back on the agreement. Kim Jong is a freak of nature.

Remember before Pearl Harbor was bombed "We are waking a sleeping giant."? Well, Iran, Terrorists, and N. Korea are waking a sleeping giant. Good thing U.S.A is taking care of this. Now, I think that Communists should not have a right to test nukes because you know how "friendly" they are to Capitalists.

I am glad the UN is doing something good for once...

Why shouldn't we punish them? If we don't then that must mean we are all chickenpoop and to afraid of them. This will get bad, i bet! I mean South Korea will probally start a nuke program next in fear of NK attacking them...

May get ugly but we all gotta stand firm!

You have the right to remain silent...
