Displaying local radar information on my website
Thanks for all of the great tips and advice guys. For the time being, per a suggestion from Ocala (How bout dem Gators!), I've been grabbing a GIF from the NWS to display a regional radar image. When I have the time and money, I hope to revisit this and implement a solution that will give me a more localized view.

Think globally, Act locally

Hey Rob. Although I live in the area and follow the Gators I'm really a Buckeyes fan. :frown: It's been a tough year for the scarlet and grey. Always next year I guess.
Good luck with your project.

You can always go to you local NWS website, There radar updates all the time and all you have to do is Right click, Properties, copy the URL and use an IMG html code to put on your website. The image doesnt have to be as big as the original so size it down with width and height code. I use this for my blog and havent had any problems at all.

Of course you can pay for premium weather content and get a better radar, but the free way saves you money...
