German TV looking for "Hurricane Freak"
Hey all!
This is Tina writing from Deutsche Welle German International Broadcasting located in Washington DC. One of our reporters is currently preparing a TV piece about Hurricanes. We have already found some people to interview (meteorologists etc.), but we are still looking for someone who is personally really much interested in Hurricanes (and other storms). Someone who is "going out in the field", doing own measurments, hunting storms in order to take pics and videos etc. - a real "Hurricane Freak" in some way. If you are one of those or know one who could be interested in being part of our story, please let me know. I'm sure this would be a lot of fun. Thanks a lot!
Tina

Thanks for the reply! Usually, we travel to the place where our protagonists are located (or, in this case, where the hurricanes are Wink ). About the coverage of any expenses we would have to talk with the person to be interviewed, in detail.

Welcome

I looked up the English Language DW link http://www.dw.de/

Tina there are a several HCW users whose first language is German, my own is a bit rusty. Presumably you all are expecting ["American"] English??

There are both Tornado and Hurricane people on HCW.

What is the Agenda and direction DW is looking at behind this article?

I'm asking because there are too many "American Journalists" more interested in hyping up some Global Warming show. ?

Ich Konne nicht Deutche Verstehe....or even spell it correctly with grade school grammar.
