Nor'easter coming
This could be devastating for the areas already hit. Rhode Island is already under a high wind and possible power outage alert. The power has just gotten back on in the entire state as of Sunday. Looks like a long winter is on its way. Any predictions as to storm and winter itself?

I've been hearing about something in my local [Baltimore/DC] news

BUT I haven't found any particulars in my usual NOAA bookmarks

I did hear a comment on ECWMF model news but I don't have a good handle on how to get to that info.

What I have heard is that this is NOT Sandy Part II.........this is not a Cat 1 hurricane or a classic "Tropical Storm".
