just looked on www.crackberry.com which had

BerryWeather 1.5 now with RADAR MAPS at $9.95 for the non-touch-screen phones but I don't know if anyone has tried it

Full featured "Weather" thing that looks like it includes a radar map

...looks like it's for Windows Pocket PC which is my old HTC ATT as well as Roll's old phone.

• Requirements:
Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5 , 6 , 6.1
NETCF 3.5

Let me know if you find anything like that for Blackberry OS

My old Curve was 4.2 and my new one is 4.5

The link Ocala gave is pretty good. It uses the weatherundergroud as a driver. I just need to figure out how to zoom into my exact spot and apply a smoothing to the image. It is nice b/c it has the storm tracts and type (ie rotating. meso or strong).

I do not want to pay for any service b/c this is a work phone.

It's from ABC channel 13 in Houston but it has an option to change cities. You can zoom to street level and it also has storm tracks.
I changed the screen size to 100 for my phone and the clarity is pretty darn good. Better then anything else I've seen.
Just type in the zip and see.

Joe how would you apply a smoothing to that image?

I ended up just making one with Nexrad3 software. This is just reflectivity but I have others for velocity, warnings, etc. The white dot in the middle is home.
