There is a front that has dropped down into the western gulf of Mexico. I doubt anything will develop with this, but it does bear watching because these fronts can spin up tropical lows. I'm not saying this will happen with this one, but it has happened in the past.

Looks like this cluster is close to land and sandwhiched in-between a front in the Gulf and upper level winds to the east.

I suppose if it persists it could develop, but I would say Upper level winds are unfavorable right now, but maybe it will bring moisture up north for us in Florida. We need rain badly again in our area.

This has nothing to do with a front, its convection building from off central america, happens every year at least once. Looks like there might be a weak COC over land and it'll probably move into the EPac and become a 60mph storm that skirts the entirety of the mexico coast.
