Hey from New England!

Don't mind me, I'm just a storm nut in Providence, RI. Home of quahogs and hurricane barriers that are rusted open.

I lived in Florida for 15 years in which I was impacted in some way by 17 named storms, the 1993 No-Name, and the occasional tornado touching down in lieu of the daily boom.

Been in Rhode Island now for 6 miserable years of whatever it feels like doing outside at any given time. Though I have to say I'm impressed that we're having a decent Labor Day weekend.

I'll be around here and there, and probably more or less will lurk more than post.

Looks like we're getting Hanna tomorrow night. I plan to go down to Pt. Judith, RI and get some pictures and video as the conditions worsen. /laugh4
