Sunny till 2:30 p.m. Thunderstorm at 3:35 p.m. with torrential rain, gusty winds that brought down some tree limbs nearby, flooded streets, and vivid lightning Dewpoints in the low 70's Winds southeast at 5-12 mph. Sea-breeze started to move inland around 2:45 p.m. and storms started firing along it and then pushed east.
