Duke lacrosse alleged rape case gets more interesting
If I recall correctly, kidnapping charges are far more severe than rape or sexual assault. Or, should I say, the penality for it is more severe. I would be surprise that it's just "thrown in". Humf. This whole case is puzzling to me. Guess we'll just have to wait-n-see.?.
