RainAware iPhone App
Hi all, I am a co-developer of the RainAware app. It just came out a few weeks ago. It estimates what time precipitation will arrive at your exact location.
Up to 3 hours out. It updates every few minutes and recalculates to provide the most up to date times. It is mostly radar based, but also utilized other environmental and observational data. This is only version 1...but we have worked on it for a couple years now. The app is regularly $6.99, but we have a promotional contest right now whereby getting friends to "Like" us on Facebook gets you a FREE APP! We are giving away over 30 free RainAware apps to the top 30 or so "Facebook" like getters.
