Pt. Sunny till 12:30 p.m. then increasing clouds

Thunderstorm at 3 p.m. Some light showers after 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

This cluster of storms was associated with an upper level disturbance and not associated with the warm front. As of 11 p.m. the warm front is still south of us, but moving closer.

Dewpoints in the 50's with humidity at 100% during the late evening hours.

Winds west at 5-10 mph increased during storm up to 30 mph

Rain Amount = .70" (Total for month = 1.08")

Forecast for Friday the 7th:
Friday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. South southeast wind between 14 and 21 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.

Shower at midnight and spotty light showers through the night as warm lifted northward.

Pt. Sunny through the day till 1 p.m.

Wind Advisory posted till the evening hours.

Dewpoints at daybreak were in the mid 60's and climbed to near 70° by noon.

Winds increased as the day progressed from the south/southeast initially at 5-15 mph then 15-25 mph with gusts to 39 mph (before storms).

Tornado Watch Issued at Noon till 7 p.m.

Thunderstorm at 5:30 p.m. with torrential rain at times. Thunderstorm at 6:45 p.m. with heavy rain, excessive lightning and windy.

Lt. Showers moved in around 12:30 p.m. and had periods of light showers thereafter. A more heavier cell at 8 p.m.

Dewpoints in the upper 50's

Winds south/southeast and light.

An upper level disturbance riding the sub-tropical jet stream produced the rainy weather and will signal warmer weather.
