So a friend took a picture not far from me today. There wasn't any severe storms here, only a few storms that popped up and just rained. She snapped this picture and it's very freaky. I am mad i missed it. We did not have any warnings and it only rained.

I spotted this fire rainbow (circumhorizontal arc) from my backyard late yesterday.

and it's summer, you should expect to see this. Nice storm that moved off to our east. Cooled things down about 10 degrees in less than 5 minutes. /clap1

It's actually been an EXTREMELY frustrating year so far. Work and financial restrictions really put a damper on opportunities. The frustrating part is it's been a phenomenal chase season for all other chasers except for me. I'm still trying to understand how all of these chasers out there...
